Raised on a carefully balanced ration that includes quality grains, these lambs develop excellent tenderness, beautiful marbling, and a mild, delicate flavor. Sold as whole dressed carcasses (not cut into individual portions), they’re ideal for chefs, butchers, and cooking whole for a gathering. 
Carcasses are a minimum of 45 pounds.
Lambs butchered on demand once order is placed. Ready for pickup in 1-2 weeks.
