OUR GOALS
Merkley Lamb Co was founded in 2018, with the goal of raising premium, sustainable and nutritious lamb. As time has gone by we have learned a lot about sheep production and ourselves as good shepherds. We continue to strive towards raising premium lamb for all to enjoy and help spread the word of what a delicious and nutritious meat lamb is. Currently we offer both grass fed lamb and grain Fed lamb. We have learned that not all of our sheep produce lambs that do well on grass only so we have selected two groups of sheep by what's best for them - grain Fed and grass Fed.
We continue to learn and look forward to continuing to provide Ontario with lamb raised on our family farm in Crediton Ontario.
