Indulge in our grass-fed lamb. Born and raised on our farm in Crediton Ontario.  We take pride in providing our lambs with top quality forages to ensure they are receiving all of the nutrition they need.  Our grass-fed lambs take roughly 10 months to achieve market weight, this is approximately twice as long as grain-fed lambs, this results in a leaner, denser meat which has great flavor and texture.
 
Whole carcass grass-fed lambs are a roughly 30-40 pound carcass and include heart, liver, kidneys and head.  If you wish to have the head attached or would not like to receive the head, heart, liver or kidneys please add to the note section when adding to the cart.
 
We do NOT stock any butchered lambs, all lambs are butchered to order please allow 1-2 weeks before pickup.
